Was out taking photos last night, and had no idea what was going on here...

If you can’t see, it looks like fans were blowing water on to trucks or something, and there was a faint, weird smell.

It’s probably just for cooling. Are you in a low humidity, high heat environment?

That’s how you grow trucks. A good irrigation system, and fertilizer (hence the weird smell).

That tractor was probably a Colorado just a few weeks ago.

Not really, it was perfect weather that night, t shirt and shorts, didn’t sweat at all but was never cold or windy either. It can get humid and hot here in Toronto but that night wasn’t bad at all.

Probably livestock. If they have to travel more than a certain number of hours, or stop overnight, and the temperature is above something or other, they get cooling for humane-treatment purposes. Those certainly look like livestock trailers, but I couldn’t tell you what (cows, pigs, horses, etc...) without smelling it in person or hearing the noises made.
